Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19 related disruptions impacting supply, fulfillment and mail carriers it can take up to 3 weeks for US customers to receive orders from our printer.  For customers outside of the US it typically takes more than 3 weeks for orders to arrive due to unpredictable customs delays.

Mugs ship separately than clothing products.

Pillows ship in two pieces and require you to put the pillow into the pillowcase upon delivery.

We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays with your order. While you may receive a shipping estimate at checkout please add at least 7 business days for order processing. Please note any dates provided are estimates.

Orders shipping to Canada and Europe are typically subject to additional, government set, customs fees that are the customer's financial responsibility and are in addition to your payment to The Hye Line.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2025: U.S. based customers please place your orders by December 11, 2025 for the best chance of delivery by December 25, 2025.   Customers outside of the U.S. please allow at least 4 weeks for your orders to pass through customs during the holiday season. All delivery dates can not be guaranteed and are estimates.
