Refund policy

All product sales are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or wrong items can be replaced within 14 days of item delivery, which means you have 14 days after your items are delivered to notify us of a problem

To notify us about the need for a replacement product please contact us at thehyeline@gmail.com.

Attach a photo of the item and put your order number in the email subject line. The picture must clearly show the paper barcode label attached to the product as well as the issue with the product.

If your request for a replacement item is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged or wrong items, and issue a replacement product.
